Starting June 7th, the new Nashville-based theme restaurant will conduct a year-long talent search for the next big country music artist. Auditions will be held online, with competitors to perform live for the very fans who selected them. In a family-friendly environment with a five-star chef, Country Monkey promises both fine food and the best up-and-coming talent that Nashville has to offer.

Says CountryMonkey CEO Paul Ekster, “For the past year, CountryMonkey has introduced new country music stars to Nashville. Now, with our state-of-the-art sound system and live weekly performances, local fans can finally see their favorite bands perform live, before choosing one to win a recording contract with a major Nashville producer.” The restaurant, a 15,000 square foot location situated directly across the street from Titans Stadium, is not merely a launching ground for new talent, but a Sunday football headquarters as well. While there is hearty fare like BBQ ribs and burgers, the restaurant also serves healthy, low-fat chicken and salad dishes. But make no mistake, CountryMonkey is all about the music.
